Hi, I’m Meira Lazar, LCSW-C. I provide warm, compassionate therapy for teens and adults, helping clients navigate challenges, gain insight, and create meaningful change. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, and mindfulness. Most importantly, I believe that therapy should be individualized to the person—not a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to understand each client and tailor my approach to their unique needs, goals, and personality. If you have any questions or would like to learn more, please feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to connect.
